I bought an early lotus Evora (taken in on trade-in, not his usual stock) from Alex c. 3 months ago. I had waited to leave a review until the warranty period had passed.

I found the entire interaction with Alex and Tier One to be very professional, friendly and reasonable – despite my wariness of a “dealer”.

I came to see the car by appointment made in the am on the day. He allowed me a proper test drive and answered all of the questions and had researched the cars history via it’s dealership history.

I bought the car a day later after leaving a deposit, Alex did not hassle or try to hurry me.

I had 2 problems post purchase (a faulty brake sensor switch and a split CV boot) – both of which Alex helped me diagnose and allowed me to use a local to me lotus specialist, who knew the vehicle and was priced reasonably. Alex dealt with all of this simply over WhatsApp and met the cost of the repairs, as part of the warranty & goodwill.

Happy to buy from again, would highly recommend, perhaps some day I’ll come back for something more exotic from Tier One!
