I bought an early lotus Evora (taken in on trade-in, not his usual stock) from Alex c. 3 months ago. I had waited to leave a review until the warranty period had passed.

I came to see the car by appointment made in the am on the day. He allowed me a proper test drive and answered all of the questions and had researched the cars history via it’s dealership history.

I had 2 problems post purchase (a faulty brake sensor switch and a split CV boot) – both of which Alex helped me diagnose and allowed me to use a local to me lotus specialist, who knew the vehicle and was priced reasonably. Alex dealt with all of this simply over WhatsApp and met the cost of the repairs, as part of the warranty & goodwill.

Happy to buy from again, would highly recommend, perhaps some day I’ll come back for something more exotic from Tier One!

Brilliant service and more importantly someone you can trust. Put a deposit on a car, RAC inspection revealed some minor issues with the car, and I therefore decided to pull out from the purchase. Alex refunded my deposit within 24hrs.

Although I didn’t buy a car from him and would not hesitate in the future.

Bought a beautiful car from them, was very smooth process starting at 3pm and completed the sale to drive home at 6:30pm. They offered to pick me up from the Kings Langley train station as their garage is quite a walk (40 min walk). They let me take the car for a test drive, talked through the features and gave some history on the car. The V5 document came through in a matter of days and they even helped charge the car up before I left. Overall a very positive experience.
